A month of 50+ events, 100 LGBT+ artists; an eclectic program of new commissions, festival firsts, world premieres, many events in visual arts, theater, film, debate, dance, literature, live art. Past year featured artists included jazz collective Cykada, Netherlands innovators Tin Men and the Telephone, Indo-jazz innovator Sarathy Korwar, boisterous Belgian iconoclasts Blow 3.0, a concert of groove based music from Martin Archer's Anthropology Band. Closing performance by saxophonist Tony Kofi, focusing on work with the legendary Ornette Coleman.
