September 2-17, 2016, Next Act Theatre. Adapted from book-length poem set in the Roaring Twenties. A wild evening in a Manhattan apartment shared by vaudeville dancer Queenie, and vaudeville clown Burrs, in a vicious/reckless relationship. At a party to end all, with guests who live on the edge, they set out to make each other jealous -- and things soon spiral out of control.

October 12, 2016, 7:30pm at the Oriental Theatre. The 31st Anniversary Festival opens with Kiki, by Sara Jordenö and Twiggy Pucci Garçon. Award-winning documentary revisits the scene of the landmark 1990 film Paris is Burning -- LGBTQ youth-of-color finding inspiration and agency at the Kiki balls of the legendary dance and performance artistic/ activist collective.
