In place of the film festival, a think-tank symposium/creative session will kick-off the mission to build a world-class film center, archive and auditorium on grounds of the Historic Stanley Hotel, Estes Park, to offer 365-day programming, exhibits and events to inspire the next generation of film fans.

September 17 + October 16, 2016, 9am-4pm at Jefferson County Fair Grounds, 15200 W 6th Ave Frontage Rd, Golden, CO. Adams County 4H Arena. Registration at 10am - events start at 11am (October events not for points). The CGRA is the oldest of all the gay rodeo associations in North America. September 28 - October 2, 2016. International gathering of bears, held in Denver as well as mountain resorts and towns with social activities, evening parties, sightseeing, and banquet dinner. The Front Range Bears is a social club for hirsute men and admirers plans a variety of gatherings and events all year round for bears can to come together and enjoy each other’s company.
November 2-13, 2016 at The Sie FilmCenter, 2510 E Colfax Ave and other locations. The city's premier cultural event of the fall, selling over 55,000 tickets to more than 250 films, including blockbusters, documentaries, shorts and indies. Ticket sales are open to the general public from October at Sie FilmCenter, online, or on-site at all theater venues
January 7-22, 2017. Over two weeks of events. Parade, rodeo, rodeo clowns, Mexican rodeo, livestock shows & sales, quarter horse performances & sales, animal training & sheep dog performances, hand spinning wool judging, and much more.
June 17-18, 2017 (TBC), this past year at Civic Center Park in Downtown featuring Saturday/Sunday live entertainment on 3 stages. The festival hosts 365,000 guests annually, plus over 200 vendor booths with arts, crafts, food and more. The Sunday Parade then marches down Colfax from Cheesman Park.
July 21-23, 2017, annual events, leather/fetish seminars, vendor area, dungeon, men's play parties, Rocky Mountain LeatherSIR, Leatherboy, & Bootblack contests; Sunday After Thunder Dinner & Play Party. Membership/Registration Costs: Before January 1, 2017 - $110; Before May 1 - $120; May 1 and after $145. Room Rates will be $165
July 28-30, 2017 (TBC), annual events at the National Western Complex, 4655 Humboldt St. Many stages, themed pavilions, traditional events, exhibits, blue ribbon competitions; indoor roller coaster, rides, carnival games; geek/technie/sci-fi nerds to natural healing/Tarot reading. Past year included pie-eating & crafts live competitions to Zombie Beauty Pageant.
Mid-August, 2017 (TBC). Past year was at Lakeview Campground, Loop E in Twin Lakes. Large space for tents, RV. group camping. Hikers explore nature/ backpacker trails in Mount Massive Wilderness.
