Bourbon Pub is at the center, open 24 hours/7 days a week. Mardi Gras is Tuesday February 28, 2017 Parades fill the streets.

February 28, 2017, 10am-2pm, from Bud Rip's, 900 Piety St. Known for their elaborate/ beautiful costumes, the core group gathers in the Bywater neighborhood each Mardi Gras morning, with the music by the Storyville Stompers brass band. Passing through the Faubourg Marigny and the French Quarter, the parade is joined by additional marchers in costume.
