More a lust story than a love story, Alfonso Cuarón’s road movie about a carefree trio of young people (Diego Luna, Gael García Bernal, Maribel Verdú) having a wild sex-filled summer together is, as we might expect from Cuarón, deceptively deep and full of interesting (queer) subtext.

May 25, 2020. Memorial Day holiday weekend summer kick-off. An open to everyone 18+ party out on the lake at the gay section at the far end of the park. Stay on the paved walkway to the end to find the gay area. Park entry: $15 per vehicle or $8 per person if you're walking or on a bike. Arrive early before the park closes due to capacity. Strict DWI enforcement by police.

September 4-7, 2020. Annual gay men’s social event welcoming all Bears, Cubs, Chubs, and Chasers - a fun, low cost, 3-day weekend featuring Bears, Brotherhood, Beverages, Bar-B-Q, Pool Party, Dance Parties, Bear Day at Hippie Hollow and a Bear Party Barge on Lake Travis. Chill around the pool, meet and make new friends, and help raise money for local charities.
Early September, 2020. Past years have included: FRI Welcome Party; SAT 18+ Main Event Dance; SUN clothing-optional water + sunshine frolic, at Hippie Hollow Park/ Lake Travis. Bar events during preceding weekends; celebrated DJs get people into the mood. SUN Recovery Party; MON Adult Swim Pool Party + T-dance.
October 2-4 + 19-11, 2020, two weekends at Zilker Park, the 46-acre crown jewel of Austin’s public green spaces. Past year featured 130+ music artists from across the globe. Austin Eats food vendors showcasing local restaurants. Art Market, craft goods from dozen of local artisans. Austin Art Garage platform for talented emerging artists.

For 4 days Austin becomes the center of the Drag Universe as hundreds of Drag Artists from all over the world descend upon our fair city to entertain thousands of fans and each other. The crème de la crème of the Drag world! Each artist will display their greatest talents for your education and entertainment. CLOSE TO 400 PERFORMANCES ALL WEEKEND!
March 26-27, 2021 (TBC), weekend at Auditorium Shores, 920 W Riverside Dr. A fun-filled weekend full of great entertainment and community participation featuring R&B, Old and New Hip-Hop, Reggae Vibes, and After Party with sets by guest MCs and DJs.
