A May 11th gradual lifting of lockdown measures included shop re-openings. From June 2nd cafés, bars and restaurants across the country may reopen indoor table seatings, but only open outdoor terraces in the Paris region. Parks, public gardens, historical monuments and beaches will also reopen. Gatherings of over 10 people remain prohibited. Masks are required on public transport.
