Fort Lauderdale Beach

3012 Granada Street
Fort Lauderdale, FL, United States

A Key-West style, three-story gay guest house/resort. The stairways and porches, with their fancy grillwork, are a delight to behold. Located in the original Ft. Lauderdale--Las Olas beach area, a short half block from the beach or the water taxi on the inland waterways. A landmark building, one of the few remaining with this unique South Florida architectural style. Built in 1939, the three-story structure embraces a lush courtyard tiered with "Key West" influenced, plantation-style wooden verandas and louvered doors opening from the spacious guest quarters.

Today's traveler will enjoy previous century romance, along with comforts of the new millennium. We offer non-smoking, comfortably air-conditioned rooms, Wi-Fi wireless computer connections; custom-made King and Queen beds, 16-inch pillow top mattresses, full bathrooms, efficiency or full kitchens, daily maid service, remote color cable TV with DVD. Enjoy your morning newspapers and large continental breakfast either on the veranda, or the deck bar.

Our personal service ensures maximum pleasure and satisfaction to our guests who stay for a few nights before or after a cruise, or arriving anytime, to enjoy the Greater Fort Lauderdale area.
