October 7-10, 2021 (TBC) at MDC’s Tower Theater Miami. Miami film enthusiasts dedicated to the idea of sharing the unique experience of international and independent film with the entire community. Gems distills the annual Festival experience, showcasing the best of world cinema into one weekend of premieres w/ in-person visiting filmmaker appearances, seminars, parties and events.

Each New Year's Eve. A general public bash at 301 North Biscayne Boulevard, downtown Miami. The largest free party in South Florida. Disco dance party & countdown to midnight and a grand display of fireworks over Biscayne Bay.

New Year's Day each year, 8pm at Sun Life Stadium, 2269 Dan Marino Blvd, Miami Gardens.

January 13-16, 2022 (TBC) - normally in Lummus Park - past year VIRTUAL. Annual three-day weekend in the Art Deco Historic District. Events include musical performances, fashion shows, movie screenings, lecture series, antique cars, Bark Deco Dog Show, Retro Fashion Show, Deco Kids Club, guided walking tours and more! In past years, over 400,000 people have come out for the festivities.

February 13, 2022, 11am-10pm SUN on Calle Ocho. 2021 Events Cancelled. A FREE Latino LGBT art, music and food street festival in Miami. The 4th annual one-day festival blends all of South Florida’s delights into one gigantic party in the heart of Miami’s historic Little Havana - see updates:

March 2-8, 2022. Annual week of festivals, dancing and beach parties - produced to raise critical funds for the LGBTQ community. In 2021 an exclusively virtual experience!

Early March, 2022. Annual ten-day festival presents the best of emerging and established film to local and international communities. A hybrid event of virtual and in-theater presentations: Olympia Theater, Gusman Center for the Performing Arts (Downtown Miami); Regal South Beach Cinemas (Miami Beach); and MDC’s Tower Theater (Little Havana). Early March, 2022. Weekend annual event on Miracle Mile. Local art, live music, cuisine and entertainment; plastic artists + artisan vendors. Artist Village exhibitions of handcrafts, jewelry, paintings, sculptures and photography. Three large stages featuring Latin jazz, funk, country and rock artists in a totally free cultural explosion, celebrating Carnaval Miami.

March 25-27, 2022 at Bayfront Park, Miami - three-day electronic dance music (EDM) party across eight stages, with around 70,000 music fans each day, Past headliners have included: Andhim, Alesso, AVICII, Skrillex, Tiësto, Carl Cox David Guetta, The Chemical Brothers, Fatboy Slim, Moby, and Swedish House Mafia.
