First Sunday LGBTQ Brunch

The first Sunday of each month, at Nalu's South Shore Grill in Kihei - a great time to visit with friends, old and new, often with $3 Mimosa specials; open menu or breakfast buffets. Everyone is invited. Let them know you will be coming on their Facebook page. Note: event status uncertain - no dates have been scheduled since August 7, 2016.

Every Aloha Friday, 6-9pm, block parties highlighting five of Maui’s historic small towns, and their unique, local businesses. From an eccentric art show in Lahaina to a paniolo party in Makawao, each creates an authentic atmosphere with great food, stellar music and local vendors! First Friday in Wailuku; 2nd in Lahaina; 3rd in Makawao; 4th in Kihei; and 5th in Lana'i.

February 11, 2017 8:30am-12:30pm. Makawao Forest Reserve - once a timber experiment with many different kinds of trees from the US and other countries planted. A 3-hour hike of just over 5.5 miles, elevation gain: 800+/- ft. Meet 8:30am at the Starbucks Parking Lot (near OLD Lowe’s) on Dairy Road to carpool - 8:45am departure.
