New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio has limited restaurants, bars and cafes to take-out and delivery service only. Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that from June 8th, New York is on track to begin reopening under phase one. Retail stores may provide curbside or in-store pickup, but not allow in-store browsing. Broadway producers have suspended all shows until September at the earliest.
