The Stone Pony:

If it weren’t still one of Asbury Park’s best night spots, The Stone Pony would likely qualify as one of its historic attractions. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame President Robert Santelli has called the Stone Pony “one of the greatest rock clubs of all time” owing to the scores of major rock musicians who have played its stage since 1974. Jersey boys Jon Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen are among the many rock musicians who got their start at The Stone Pony. If you’re a serious rock fan, consider a visit to The Stone Pony mandatory.
