Bisbee Arizona has only around 6,000 people, located almost on top of the border with Mexico, south of Tucson, but they're a liberal town with Pride celebrations each year. Activities included a pub crawl, street dance and fair, and a comedy film festival this year, (June 18-20, 2010). The voice of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Intergender community, a premiere performing arts organization founded by the Phoenix Metropolitan Men's Chorus. Partners include the Phoenix Metropolitan Philharmonic Ensemble, the Phoenix Children’s Choir, the Arizona Women in Tune, the Orpheus Male Chorus of Phoenix, the Desert Valley Squares, Canyon Echoes, the Harmonic Vibrations, and dance the troupe, the (ku)randa dancers. The team has played since July of 2004 with a good sized group of players who enjoy the fun, competitive nature of rugby. Team practice is every Tuesday and Thursday at Longview Elementary School (1209 E. Indian School Road) 7-9pm.
