Next Lesson - Chris Woodley’s semi-autobiographical play. Premium Seman - attempting to steal and sell the cum of the sexiest rock star. UZ: The Town - a wickedly satirical romp.
Queer storytelling on screen
The 7th Queer Screen Film Fest

Mid-September, 2019. LGBTIQ stories across narrative features, documentaries and shorts. The 6-day 2018 edition was the largest festival to date: 29 films from 12 countries, including 15 Australian premieres and a massive 55% of films directed or co-directed by women. Australian LGBTIQ filmmakers battled it out in Queer Screen Pitch Off for $10,000 in short film production funding.

Illawarra Folk Festival

Mid-January, 2020 (TBC) at Bulli Showground, Wollongong NSW, an hour south of Sydney. Past year with 13 international acts, 87 national and 70 local acts in 500 concerts, dances, workshops and sessions in 14 venues; traditional, World, Celtic, dance, Gypsy Roots, Bluegrass, Spoken Word, Comedy acts. Camping on-site. Full program due out in late November.
