Pridefest Bloomington

August 26-28, 2021 (TBC). Bloomington PRIDE's 8th annual Saturday festival celebrates LGBTQ culture and community - usually from 3pm on E Kirkwood Ave. This past year was online with a streamed celebration across two days that included a vendor expo, workshops with activists and experts, wellness activities, music performances, and a dance party.

October 16, 2021. SAT 12-7pm, Owen County Courthouse, Spencer. Admission-free LGBTQI pride festival. Smallest Midwest town/ large Pride. Typically 1500 people attend; small-town family-friendly, all-inclusive atmosphere. Live, all-day ENTERTAINMENT, guest host. MARKETPLACE FESTIVAL FOOD, RAFFLES, PET PRIDE PARADE, 50/50, FAMILY ACTIVITIES, HIV TESTING.

Late February, 2022 (Not confirmed), two days at the the Buskirk-Chumley Theater, The Bloomington PRIDE Film Festival explores the lives and experiences of the LGBTQ+ community through feature-length and short films, talkbacks, and programming that promote community-wide attitudes of awareness, acceptance, and appreciation of diversity.
